I have a Km C203 its been working away fine with account track, then randomly two weeks ago it stopped printing and says " No account set for group authentication"

I have done a firmware upgrade. It prints when you turn the account track off or when you put users authentication on. Allow print is set.

Just a weird one and was wondering if someone had seen it?

if its happening with PDF's you need the computer user to update to the latest version of acrobat reader.

Yes, i've had the above issue before.

Also, check obvious things like that the driver is the latest version available, either way, as per always, its going to be the computer/network/servers fault.

Check the printer properties for a preset code that may be overlimit or been removed.

In the printer properties, under configure, the "auto" check box is checked. Uncheck this and problem solved
