View Full Version : Error Code Bizhub 195 shows "Replace Toner"

Hi Guys,

Hope someone could help me please. We installed a B 195 a week ago (Brand New) machine was setup as per setup instructions. The machine was working well for a couple of days, then all of a sudden it started showing "Replace Toner", thinking that there might be a problem with the toner bottle the customer replaced the toner with a new one, still the same message. We looked at the machine, seeing that if you turn the bottle by hand (outside of the machine) toner is coming out of the bottle. We then replace the complete image unit and developer, thinking that it might be a failing TCR sensor. The machine worked fine then for about 100 copies. So today the notification came up again. We went to the customer with a brand new MFP board, replaced the board and ran the setup (TCR settings again) but this time the notification stayed there. As we can't see any sensor at the toner bottle showing the level of toner. the only sensor is the TCR sensor that connects to the MFP board. Are we missing something......? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Mo,

Yes I did open the front cover and observed that the bottle is turning, you can also hear it turning. If you check the developer, it is pitch black, not greyish as if it needs toner.
