Machine is locked out with the message "replace transfer belt soon". I have tried a new belt, cleaned contacts. Cleared data.
Fuse does not blow on new belt unit.
I was told to check fuse ICP 23 on PRCB, it is good. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank You

No P-codes or oil can. I can get into tech rep mode but it doesn't show any codes. Thanks

Have you checked the continuity of the fuse? Just stick a multimeter on the external contacts of the belt.

Yes fuse is good on new belt. Checked with meter several times during this ongoing troubleshooting process. Thanks

Did you fuse the belt or put a new fuse in the old belt.

If you fused the belt make sure it was the correct fuse.

If you've put a new x-fer belt in and the counters did not reset, then you have a bad printer control board...the alternative is to install the PPLM/IU mod..this will let the x-fer belt run until failure...Emujo

Not sure what emujo (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/members/emujo.html) meant by PPLM/IU mod but I solved this issue by updating with special firmware
