Hellos,
We had a situation at the office here yesterday after a salesman sold a machine to an account with the understanding that if we had Globalscan installed, and setup, we would be able to convert faxes to pdf, and forward them to specific emails based on the fax number it was received from. He was assured by our regional rep that it would be able to do this, but they were unsure of how to set it up. After working on it a few hours, and speaking with a few other techs on the support line, they were indicating that this would not be possible.
I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is at all possible, or if they would be able to shed any light on the program. Probably the most positive thing we heard was that it may be possible, but with all the processes you would have to program in, it would end up crippling the speed of the mahcine =/
