Have a customer with 100+ machines from MPC 4000's to mpc5502 all running eq pcc
, all work fine. We are in the process of updating these to v4.2.1 pcc for the client and all works fine. They are using indala card readers with the devices and users log on this way fine.
However we are now rolling out the new 03 range of machines and are having issues with cards being read, if the user logs in with ad creds pcc works fine but card will only read once in every 10 or so swipes. Cards work fine on any other models.
We have tried downgrading to v4.2.0 and manual config of pcc settings. So no joy.
