I want to clear the data of my printer it is a Ricoh Aficio printer, model 3035. I already tried this method: How to Reset a Ricoh to Factory Settings | eHow (http://www.ehow.com/how_6767608_reset-ricoh-factory-settings.html), but it didnīt work so I suppose for this model we have to do something different. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the answer. Iīve already did a factory reset to this printer, now iīm trying to reset a Ricoh Aficio 2022 but still couldnīt do it. I want to clean all the information that is there (address books, contacts, all that info, clean it like it was new) I did a memory clear data (5801) in service mode but apparently there are still contacts there when I click in the scanner button and I want to clear that too.

Format the hard drive then reinitialise the address book, that will clear it.

Another one that thinks that SP5-801-001 will solve everything, well it does not. Maybe it's time for you to read the fu..ing manual!!.

Why not just remove all that information manually? Or even through the web manager? If you are worried about data security, then remove the HDD and replace with a new one.

You seemed to be able to find out about SP5801 and what it does - it's in that same section of SP modes.
