I have a bizhub 350 with the df-605, it is jamming intermittently, i have replaced the feed tires and sep tire and now at a loss.. any ideas?

If you could let us know where in the DF the jams are occurring and/or the jam code, that would be very useful in trying to troubleshoot your problem.

it happens right before the transport rollers, i believe the one way gear on the transport rollers is slipping

you will need to remove the shaft completely and the bearing as well.
take some emery cloth and lightly scuff cross ways on the shaft to remove the glazing.
clean the one way bearing with alcohol and the end of the shaft as well.
reassemble the unit and test operations.
I can't remember if there are 1 or 2 one way bearings in that particular DF, if there is more than 1, do them all.
this will help improve the paper feed in this model DF.

maybe your problem from drive section, you can check (4344 5059 01) TORSION SPRING at rear RADF, i face this problem and found the torsion spring is broken. checking at drive section and you can find your solution.

I had a bushing on one of the roller shaft that was worn down. I had to replace bushing and the shaft. Thr Only
Issue I had with with the 350 adfs.

There are 2 photocells detecting entry and exit. If they are dusty, it will jam.
