C5501 showing c-3102 and J-1510

I've had the above machine throw up the fuser error c-3102, when resetting the software switch and returning to copy/print screen, the permanent bypass jam code j-1510 shows, with no paper anywhere in sight. I've replaced both the adu bed interlock switch and conveyance control board, following some advise found on here. The machine then springs back into life and works fine for a while, then the error re-occurs? The only thing that appears to be common when this happens is that the external lct LU-202 is empty, them refilled then this error seems to occur?

is this just pure coincidence? Or is this relevant? Any help please?

Wish there would have been a follow up as I am sitting here looking at a machine with the same exact issue and am stuck.

The c3102 is usually the 3 white one way gears and shaft on the drive assy.

Thanks for the reply but yeah I replaced all the 311 gears and the one that mounts on the roller. I'm going to order the conveyance board. That should it I hope. Thanks again
