KM C452 w/ FS-527

Once in a while the machine will show on the screen "remove paper from the process tray". But there's no paper there! Has any one ever seen this before? I've look on the KMBT knowledge base but didn't find anything that relates to this issue.

Have you cleaned the optical sensors in output tray one

I have seen this code before. When the actuators axle get dirty it doesnt move as fast as it should and sometimes get stuck on the activated position, or if someone tried to use WD40 on top of that will solve the issue for some time, but then it will be worst after a while, solution: Disassemble and cleaning but dont use any type of lubricants on it.
