Have a call for a customer that has been using tab paper successfully for a while and now they are not able to use it for whatever reason.
I have no experience with this paper. I know it has a tab on it and that is all.
I noticed there is paper type and size setting for tab paper in the print driver.
I am just trying prepare myself as much as I can before I approach the customer with a solution.
When doing any search in a manual or knowledge base the word "tab" comes up for too many other things so it is hard to search any info on it. I am unfamiliar with how the paper is loaded in the device, what trays can be used, and what the adjustment the copier makes when feeding it in. Maybe it is very simple but I don't know any thing about it so just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to find information about it.
