    Brother 9550 CDW prints faint

    Hi All,

I have a mashine that somethimes print very faint, all image is almost invisible.
That happens from time to time. New Belt ans Drum units. No error codes.
Besides, they printed one scanned color document in B/W and it is fainted, when the same document is
printed in full color it is OK.
Customer is very unpleasant(A debt collecting agency) and I cannot do normal tests.
    Any ideas gentlemans?
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

I don't reply to private messages from end users.
