DCP-9010CN - Blurred prints, and toner spill

I've got a DCP-9010CN for free, it has only ~4K prints on it. But it prints blurred and wastes toner/making dots where they shouldn't be.

What would cause this behavior? A test print image attached is attached;

I've got a DCP-9010CN for free, it has only ~4K prints on it. But it prints blurred and wastes toner/making dots where they shouldn't be.

What would cause this behavior? A test print image attached is attached;

1. Clean the fiber glas led optic
2. Check fusing unit for damages
3. Check TN toner unit and replace the BK TN
4. Clean drum corona wire with plastic slider
