    Brother MFC9840- magenta toner leaking

We had someone bring one to our shop.

Magenta toner leaking quite a bit inside the machine. The person who brought it in said they replaced the toner (OEM)
and pointed to the drum unit. I did notice something near the magenta toner unit that was a different than the others.
Attaching some photos. There appears to be something bent more than the others, I think it was some sort of corona charge
cover. I'd have to look at it again to be sure. Also there was more excess toner on the magenta cartridge than the other ones on the
    "shelf area".

Sometimes it throws up a 32 error but this seems to be when the transfer belt gets especially covered. I did see a youtube video of
someone taping up something. I don't think they have that problem. I think the extra toner messes it up.

Turns out not the all the toners were OEM toners.

The magenta toner was replaced with an OEM toner and seemed to work fine.

The error code it would get never came back. I thought it caused by excessive toner getting dumped on the transfer belt in this particular case.

If it's the machine I'm thinking of:
There is a strip just below the toner/developer roller on each unit.
The glue on the strip lets go at one end and dumps toner through the machine.

Reglue the strip back down or replace the unit.
Replace the entire unit is the better option unless the MFD is your own machine.
