    General Brother question.

We sell a few Brother machines and most of them seem to have fuser issues prematurely as compared to machines 3+ years old.
Does anyone else have same issues ?
Has brother acknowledged a problem ?
I used to be a fan of Brother equipment but not anymore, other than the 4100e fax.
    Any thoughts ?
    Thanks,
    Dave

What toner they are using? Counterfeit toners ruin fusers quite fast.
On some models we had problematic fusers even with OEM toner, but Brother replaced them per claims. Overall support and high end products are very good IMHO. Easy to repair and maintain, drivers and Firmware also are available even for enduser.

when you login to the brother service portal, on the right you will see the newer model with fuser issues and the SU # order any in warranty fusers using the SU # and you should have no problem getting free fuser replacement.

have done hundreds of claims easy peazey compared to Samsux!

We are not an "authorized" Brother dealer so I don't have access to that. We usually buy our machines from Carolina Wholesale or United for resale.
    Dealing with Brother's warranty # is a pain in the A$$ !!!

    well that 'splains that Lucy...

NO you as a NON WARRANTY service place CANNOT do warranty work .. plain and simple..

you should apply for a dealer service center.. easy .. no floor stock required and that will bring in OTHER Brother business due to the fact they will give out your name when customers call in and will be on their website.
Hell if you are an INDY you can apply as long as there aren't a lot in your area.

    PM me for more info.
