brother hl-2140

i have brother hl-2140w . the drum light is acting up . it blinks i replace the drum but it still does that .i am a copier tech . i don 't know much about printers please help me .any clue

Try this, not quite sure if it works:

To reset the drum counter, open the front cover, hold down the start button until all lights lit up. then release the button and shut the front cover.

when you do this instruction push and release 4 times the go key and it's will work
