    Does anybody have a descent service call check off list that I can "borrow"

    The PM schedule is in the manuals it gives a list of inspection points and replacement parts for the machine you are working on based on the counter. Color and B/W machines have got a lot of different designs and configurations making that a very long list.
    If u keep to the PM schedule u learn what can be reused for a another cycle and what you can skip if the machine is in a clean environment.

    Sorry I should have been more specific, I was referring to the current croup of Kyocera boxes (3500/i to 8000/1).

    I was hoping someone had a good checkoff list for all the trouble-spots.
