Please let me know how do you service your customer and how much pay for it.There is a warranty period for two years (some brands 3)in Turkey(without any payment ).Then we make a service agreement for a year to fix machine and periodical maint.(If the customer didn't change their machine or go to any OEM service)It's include only service and travel price.Another way cost per copy agreement.Companies are both sell and service in here.And sell all the things (toner etc.)We are not glad if they get toner from other suppliers.

Is this same thing there.Do you bill every service call?What is your prices?

We are not good then before.We must find a different way to service costs.
