How many techs are in your service department?

We r all most 40 tech in our Co, 4 of them r 4 fax tech n rest of them r copier,,,,,,,,,

We have 14 Techs working here, on Kyocera .

in our branch, we have 3 including myself working on develop/konica minolta, riso & evolis. don't know on other 23 branches.

4 of us covering Canon copiers, faxes and network / solutions. We don't do printers.

There's 16 'hands on" hardware techs, 2 that are a bit past their "use by" date that we keep inside answering the phones and an ever expanding IT department that has about 7 in it, but no-one can figure out what they do all day long!

I am the lucky technian to be the only tech here.My Area covers about 400km radius and I have about 98 machines in the field.NICE!!!
