How many techs are in your service department?

There's 2 of us, working on Brother's,HP's, Kyocera, and Ricohs.We have a base of about 500 units in a 200km radius.

2 on the road, servicing Konica Minolta, Develop, Nashuatec, Muratec

In the service center i work we are 82 technicians. But all over germany we are almost 900 !!!

We have 3, a manager (who runs calls) and two techs. Hoping to bring another one on soon.

we have 7 techs for toshiba's ,sharp's,kip's and anything else our cust already has or what the owner thinks we can make money on. we have 1 network personal mainly to help sales do sales.we cover all of oklahoma.usa

2 of us here in uk with 250+ machines in a 150 mile radius doing all the servicing pm and installs and that doesnt include EPOS which I mainly do

around 130 last time i checked, lost 25 a few months ago during a merger with danka. we were konicas largest independent dealer until we got eaten up by monica.
