Just me, with not more than a crash course in how to straighten out Sharp copiers. I've been holding my own here for a few months. With a lot of help from this bunch. Would be nice if my boss wouldn't tell everyone and their dog that I can fix anything. *facedesk*

I've got one semi-retired guy that they can call in if I'm sick, and one guy they call to help with deliveries if we're slammed, but otherwise...it's just me.

I'm still at the same place I started in 1988 and back then we had 4 techs and a service manager. Now we have 3 techs and a service manager. The machines became more reliable around the time a tech left for another job in 1996 - 1998 (can't remember when). Three have been sufficient to cover the 700 plus machines we have in the field over a mostly rural, multiple county area.
Wow, happy anniversary. 30 years in one place is good to know may happen. Salute srvctec
