Negotiating new MFC and Production Printer Contract - tips?

Hi all,

Just wondered if any of you have any tips or advice on negotiating a new contract for colour mfcs and a production printer? We're going to seek offers from several manufacturers to try ensure value (and hopefully as a bargaining tool). Any other advice re. pertinent things to ask for, or to query would be appreciated. Im in Western Europe if that helps.

One thing that occurred to me is that some brands like KM offer discount for non profit organizations... But does anyone know than actual percentage discount rate?
