Basic Service Call Tracking Software

Looking for recommendations on a basic service call tracking software. In the past I used something I believe was called TrackIt or along those lines. Preferably compatible with Quickbooks.

Take a look at Intuit Field Service Management. We used it for awhile and it was functional.

MSI Field Service Management Software is a Sage Development Partner. Complete package allows you to manage your entire operation. A little pricey if you are not already Sage 100 ERP, formerly Sage ERP MAS 90.

Also available for Net Suite, Viewpoint and QuickBooks.
