Xerox 9500 & 8200
How about a Xerox 915...( 1958...Haloid/Xerox).or how about a Xerox POS 1 copy camera....First xerographic process machine.
Showing my age.
Xerox 914 and 813 in 1970 when I hired on to Xerox as a Tech Rep. Those were the good old days, no electronics to deal with. Then we at Xerox invented the computer with the Alto in PARC in the Bay area, windows desktop, Ethernet for networking, mouse and keyboard, and touch screen . This screwed up the world as now everyone relies on this junk for smartphones, p.c.,s , laptops, the internet, and all the stuff we live with today.
We have a old Rex Rotary Duplicator on display that looks very similar, it still cranks over as well.Originally Posted by Venom
Just looking at this post the oldest one I ever worked on was an Apeco roll-o-matic and also the first plain paper one was an ABC 300 a real fire hazard. Fuser was made up of two lamps and the paper went between the lamps to fuse and then jam and as soon as you opened the door for a jam the paper ignited.
