Does anyone know which is bet software for a copy shop which would calculate the per copy cost of photocopying, binding , lamination and many more services

The problem in finding a formula or software to calculate this is that it depends on the cost of your labor, the cost per copy (color vs. b/w) and the cost of your machine. Then tack on how much you need to make over that cost to keep the business going. I don't know of any software do all the extras (binding, laminating, etc.) but there are several subscription services that can get you cpc's and prices to run machines across product lines.
