Hi, I´m actually a spanish technician working at Océ España S.A.
When the merge were effective, Océ will be an independient company but only with WideFormat, VeryHighProduction (Continuos feed) and Bussiness Services. The "office" people will be integrated in Canon.
When? Nobody knows it. I supose at the beginning of the year.
For 7 years Océ guarantee parts and service to actual clients.
The future is... incertain for us.
