    Is BLI a scam?

I don't get involved in this side of the business, but it occurs to me that if you pay for their service, they would be inclined to give high marks for the copiers.

Kind of conflict of interest. If they gave 1/10 stars for a Ricoh, no Ricoh dealer would continue to pay for their reports.

    Just a thought..

At least from the sales side, the website is a useful tool for comparing MFPs. It's about the only place I know that you can pull up specs on nearly every model of copier/fax/MFP, then compare the specs side-by-side.

I must confess that there has to be a certain level of politics going on regarding the awards. I understand it is quite expensive to have a product line evaluated by BLI. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
