    copier= 95.00 per hour. doesn't matter how long it takes, we bill em'

    printer= 75.00 per hour. same as above.

    there is a reduced rate(don't know what it is) if the customer brings in thier printer or small copier.

    rates

    Chicago IL, Madison WI area serviced. $100 an hr plus 15$ travel charge.
    It still isn't enough though. We checked our burden rate and it should be 125$ an hr, but this was done after we already raised from 75$ to 100$ and we don't want to give our clients " sticker shock". Determining your burden rate would help you to decide what YOU need to charge.

    We charge $145 an hour plus a $40 travel fee here in California.

    Here in Fresno CA I get $85.00 per hour as an independant, OEMs get $125-175.00 Xerox is crazy high, I think they are $200.00 per hour!
