    Service Rates?

    What is everyone getting for service these days. I\'m an Independant in NYC and I getting $125 and Hour. Most of the big dealerships area at $150 here.

    I do HP Printers $75 - $100 dollars flat rate + Parts.

    Here in the Detroit area the going rate is arround 75.00 for the first 1/2 hour and 37.50 for every 1/4 after that with a 50.00 straight add on for additional mach. durring call.

    Here in North Carolina, rates vary from about $75.00 to $125.00 per hour.

    $97.00 an hour here with a 1 hour minimum, 15 minute increments after that.

    $65/hr for printers, $79/hr for copiers + parts Canadian.

    no more then two hrs, no body will pay you if you bill them for 3 hr.

    Also, I will scare them away at frist place if I say $120/hr labor, instead I may offer initial T-shoot or take a look at the machine for no charge.

    what do you think? yah!!!!

    that\'s why i always want to go to america.
    8-15 euro/hour and almost never bill the entire time. think that you have to change the fixing unit drive gear for a Konica 1112 (2 euro) and for 2 hours of work, to remove the CB, power source, main motor and put them back, tell them that you claim 1/10 of an (almost) decent salary here in Romania.
