Just looking for input here...
We are an Office Equipment, Office Supplies and Office Furniture dealer and are looking to upgrade our current system. We use a dinosaur software called Britannia. They have a new version of the software out which offers a much more friendly UI but we want to look at all opportunities before switching. We currently have E-Automate for our service department but we have never been able to implement it correctly. We could never find the right person to get it up and running properly. It would be amazing to get it working but we have not been able to get it going. Do any of you have any suggestions for possible software that can help us in our business? We have discussed using E-Automate along with another program to run our supplies/furniture/website but did not like certain things about the software.
