I am looking for some templates for word or maybe some publisher files that someone has made to organize a copier or printer quote.

Sounds funny but listing specs , toner yield and all of that can be time cosuming. I am very good at making docs and customs docs with publisher but maybe someone here has the process streamlined.

Maybe you know where a good place is to copy specs from so you can paste them in the word doc files or publisher files. For the customer I would then convert to PDF.

I need to to make a decision on a format and make it myself, pay someone to make it or use something that already exists.
