I've tried calling and no answer. Iv'e tried faxing and those lines just ring and ring. Tried emailing and no response.
They've been around a long time. I hope they've not bit the dust. Anybody know whats up with them?

I think they're out of it. We've had to scrounge around for comparable tools since we used to buy some items from them. We buy Wiha and a few other brands now.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
That's what I thought. What a shame. Yeah I use Wiha, PB and a few others these days for tools, and Image Supply Service for certain cleaners.
We were having same issue. Phone numbers were listed as out of service. Went to their web site and was able to place order, and received a confirmation email that order was received. Will have to see if order actually shows. If it does will post results.
I placed an order with AMES on-line back in Oct. 2011, they called me to tell me 2 of my 4 items were going to be back-ordered. In Mar. of this year I ended up sending them an email asking them to cancel the remaining items, since I had still not received them. I never heard back from them.
I did a little digging. It does indeed look like they are out of business.

They were around a long time, and this to shall come to pass.
Is there any other site to find supplies/tools other than ISS?

Harbor Freight Tools carries a lot of tools useful for servicing copiers. Pretty reasonable priced as well...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
