    Dealing with mfp distributors

Can anyone share their thoughts on distributors?

Looks like they all offer OEM parts, OEM website support and at least mfps up to 30ppm.

In particular I see acm offers copystar and Konica Minolta.

I'm itching to go rogue, no plans on getting rich or having employees just need to get parts really.

They are a good source for parts and machines. However, the tech. support is bad. You are better off finding a true manufacturer to link up with. I use Muratec and try to sell their stuff as much as possible. You get quality tech. support and quick parts at fair prices.
