    No service contract

    Has anyone done the math on whether having no contract is break-even or possibly better off?

    If I ever go indie, I might push this as an alternative.

    I understand it's a crap shoot on many levels.

    I figure any given machine in the field I see on average 4-8 times a year.

    Add toner and reasonable parts markup I might make a living while saving customer some money.
