Help Desks
Just curious with the ever evolving business we are all in how many of your companies have their own help desks and do you have former techs/analysts working them or does your company hire newbies to the industry? Also if your company has a help desk how many folks work in there?
The company I work for we have a small help desk, we have 4 of us, 2 former techs and 2 that were fairly or completely new to the industry.

When I'm at work, I am the "help desk" (tech support) for the customers, sales, and the field techs. That is just a part of my job description as the in-house shop tech at this independent dealership.
