Looking for an APP

Hey guys, hoping you all can help me out here.... I am looking for a simple program that we can use as a daily report/log for service calls and/or deliveries.... would need to be web based so that the boss could send and receive updates from the techs who would be using phones (android technology) to track their daily activity. I have found some apps for sending out tasks/appointments out to phones which would be nice, but I am looking for something more like a full log book that would include times with the tasks, travel etc and that would either email or somehow send a summary report back to the boss. We are trying to track each work order processed by the tech, as well as any other tasks assigned.... Cheap is good, free is better... we are a smaller dealership, only have 4-5 techs most of the time.

What you are asking for a software not an app and your requirements are unique therefore you have to go for a custom made software.
