I stopped a plumber's van, and talked with the apprentice while the other guy was gassing up. He showed me the back. In this particular one, it had a deck mounted about 3 feet up for tools above and supplies/parts below. At least for his job the vehicle was completely useless. It wouldn't fit a sink, hot water heater, tub, shower stall, or 10" lengths of any kind of pipe. The compressor took most of the storage area. Without the rack it would probably be better ... or smaller parts like those used on office machines might fit better. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
