How are techs reporting their time throughout the day to make sure billable, non-billable, administrative, training, etc. tasks are documented. Not to keep track of the techs but to make sure customers are getting billable for or that the amount of support time they are receiving at no cost or as a courtesy is accounted for? Any forms you guys are using would be great to look at. Yeah, I know we have to take the information and input it into a contract management/account system; I'm looking for an efficient way that techs actually use to make sure we track what labor is spent on each customer.
