yearly service contract rates on average

im curious on what you guys are billing low volume color copiers excluding toners.
i have a few ricoh mpc 2800s that i was offered to service, print, scan fax and would split
it up in b/w and color cpc.
i understand the price drops with higher clicks but were do you price yearly at 35,000 b/w and 20,000 color/year?
im in ny so i know location matters too
    thnx in advance.............

For that volume I'd be at $2,100 a year including the toner. I do not do contracts that do not include toner.

    ok.
    thnx for replying back.
20k color would take 2 sets of toner and 35k b/w 2 black toners.
does that seem fair as a estimate?

We would base our contract on the recommended monthly volume. Monthly would be b/w and color combined since color copies use black. Toner is included in the contract but staples are not. All color is a meter charge. Total copies over the allowed average monthly amount are billed on quarterly basis. Lately with the growing use of scanning, we have considered adding a minimal meter for large volume of scans not associated with copying to compensate for the more frequent replacement for ADF feed parts.
