    Accessing manufacturer technical support websites

Worked in the industry for many years? Yes

    Manufacturer product trained? Yes

    Authorised dealer/partner? Erm, no

    Then your not allowed in.

Does anyone have useful suggestions how to get a login to access these websites?

Is it asking too much for people to PM me some logins that they know, or just ask for a particular one on here when required?

Becoming an authorised dealer would be great, just missing several sales and service staff and a few hundred clients to qualify.

Anyone stupid enough to hand over their login deserves what they get, usually expulsion. The best you can hope for is a good friend that is an authorized dealer, who will share documents with you. As this is your 3rd post here at Copytechnet, I cannot imagine anyone here qualifying as your good friend. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Its not like opening an appliance repair biz where anyone can run to Sears and get parts. Going off on your own requires a lot of money and solid strategy. I recommend you buy an existing business and have 2 more partners. One guy service, one finance one sales.

    Free unsolicited advice.

No need to imagine. Might have 1 or 2 contacts

It's just annoying that when your product trained by a manufacturer, the same manufacturer won't give access to their tech info. Unless your making them lots of money. Surely they should have a proactive approach to help develop your company in the early stages, and they get the benefits long term. They want quick profits. No one said it will be easy and having worked in the industry for many years, personally I will succeed with or without their help.

The manufacturer is already 'a rich man' so he doesn't care about 'small timers'! That is why they set very tough conditions for you to fulfill before you get their agency or dealership. They are no different from the 'Angels' or Venture capitalists! 'Take it or leave it' is their attitude.
