Interviewing with them this week. Anything I should know about the company? I'll be working with the Raleigh branch if hired.

Good Luck! =^..^=
how did the interview go, and who conducted it,
I thought it went well. Had the first interview with the Raleigh/Fayetteville Service Manager. The next week I met with a manager from the Charlotte office named Barry. Still haven't heard anything yet though. Gotta love being in "limbo" when it comes to jobs. My current employer even asked me today had I heard anything. Don't think it's going to hurt me though if I don't go anywhere. We'll see what happens in the future.
All Good! Start working on the 19th of May with Sharp. GREAT benefits. Best that I've ever seen. It's going to be hard leaving a place I've been for 6 years though. Some good "peeps" work there at LBM. (Though most are a little crazy .. )
A little crazy is good, keeps it interesting.
A lot crazy, now that can be too interesting.
I've been both places. Congratulations and good luck! I can help on the older Sharps if you need anything.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for giving me the benifit of the dought and just calling us crazy. I have always thought of myself as dis-FUN-shun-al by choice.
