    Tech Bonus program HELP

Im trying to put together a tech bonus program. we just went to e-automate from procomm and it has alot of great stats in the report section. Im new to my role and would like to know how I can look at the stats and turn it into Bonus money for my techs. who are underpaid and havent had a Bonus program in 10 years. BUT im must be able to show the owner how this will save him money. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would link bonus pay to first visit fixes and the rate of any return calls that occur within a select period of time after a service call has been closed.

Over a 12 month reporting period this will paint a picture of who is doing quality and thorough work vs the hit and run slackers.

Good answer! Most such programs reward the most calls per day and the lowest parts usage. And the guys that get rewarded need a whole team of techs to clean up after them. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Very simple, you get paid by the copy by your customer, use Copies between calls. nuff said
