Is there a 'Pen Drill'?

I am looking for a small battery powers or electric drill. This would be for making small holes in plastic. This would be for MacGyvering out in the field. I've done several Google searches but not finding the perfect solution.

No, that is a mini rotary tool, it may do he job but the chuck to hold the bits might be a problem. anyway see the link below for a manual one that worked fine for me. it is small light and even drill metal.

I think you found it.
It is a knockoff of a DREMEL tool, which can do many tiny detail tasks, including drilling.

You could also buy a tiny bit insert for your power screwdriver or carry a small self tapping screw

This should be in your kit as well. Its a nice, strait and adjustable driver. I cant see any flaw with this either compared to the Panasonic's that some techs use and cost three times as much!!!
We use one around the shop too. Its rare you find such a useful and quality tool for such a great price.

It's only good for small jobs but it always in my tool case handy for that repair job.

JR here's a link to the drill I carry for the occasional need the bore a small hole, it works great and is fairly light weight. It mainly stay's in the vehicle until needed, and if you surf a bit , it can be had at a reasonable price............

it's the one I use either in the shop or outdoors, no need to connect it when working at customer's premises.

This is the one I've used; with the collet, it can accept most smaller gauge bits (but it is manual, but with sharp bits, how much effort would it take)?
If only I could find where I left it.

If you can finish the job in 10 or 15 minutes the battery powered version is fine. But for a durable tool, go with the corded version. I've had 4 or 5 Dremels over the years, and the battery powered versions just don't hold up to continuous use:
