Jam Code ???
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
There is no error.it just says the paper has been jammed and it shows the right door on the display asking to remove the paper that has jammed.
Try to clean the paper sensors and check on the sensor flags.
Replaced the boards and the sensors. No change. When turning the machine on, only if the right door is open then you get the getting ready sound from the machine. If it's closed the machine won't startup.

when u first power up printer with all the doors closed ~~~what exactly happens
pull out all cassettes before power on/ could be that when u close door > paper pick-up rotation is trying to start
INTR (jam check) Makes a power-on jam check when the power is turned on. / Note: there are "No Power On Stationary Sensor Jams"
A Little misleading statement by Canon-----Printer will not finish INIT Rotation until power cycle is complete (all doors closed )
I said JAM CODE not Error code
did u look at Jam Log --COPIER>DIPLAY>JAM
did u check sensors state in I/O mode

This is the jam history.
Also the problem is if the right side door is open while turning on, the pickup motors are running and the machine is not showing the jamming problem.
And when all doors are closed including the right side one then the motors are not running, i.e the machine is silent and error comes up.
check sensors in I/O mode.
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
I believe that code is for the cassette 1 pickup re-try sensor. Have you even removed the pick-up assembly? It's a wonderful device on these machines(lol). Runs flawless until lifter rack or knife chips a tooth. You said you replaced the boards and sensors...what boards and what sensors??? A lot of guessing going on here...

U need to pull out pick up unit to inspect
like I said there is no Power On Stationary Jam for that sensor (Cassette 1 Pickup motor (M2) Cassette 1 retry sensor (PS7)
retry operation is executed if paper does not arrive after moving it over ‘distance to the retry sensor + 100 mm’.
If a delay is detected once again after a retry and the jam must be removed, the paper can become torn if an attempt is made form the cassette side. To enable removal from the right
cover side, the following operation takes plate:
1) After detecting the jam, the retracting roller is driven for a period equivalent to a distance over which paper may be moved 10 cm.
The paper will be moved to a point where it is in view when the right cover is opened.
2) The control panel indicates an instruction to the effect that the jam may be removed from the right cover side.
3) The right cover may be opened to remove the jam. If the jam is not in view when the right cover is opened, it may be removed from the cassette side.
0Axx power-on stationary jam
xx05 cassette 1 re-try sensor (PS7)
