Canon D1350

I have a service call on a Canon D1350 they tell me they have a paper jam and can't find it how can I get into service mode and or clear the code....

It seems there are a piece of paper somewhere or any flag sensor is not in the right position......

Sequentially press the Additional functions key, 2 key, 8 key, and Additional
functions key on the operation panel
