Lumps of toner in iRADVC 7055.

Some like it hot.... But not at the iRADVC 7055 !
I have a problem with some iRADVC 7055.
With the warm, the yellow toner and the magenta toner, form small lumps creating as a consequence of white streaks in the respective colors.
Furthermore, in the magenta developing unit I had several times error code E023, for the fact that the toner, lumpy for too hot, blocking the rotation of the group.
And in the yellow drum, toner blocking the waste endless screw , giving error code E 012 !
As a test, I removed the filters back to the printer.
    But I have not solved!

    Suggestions ?

(There is a way to increase the speed of the cooling fans? If it can be a solution)

Toner clumping due to possible high temperature storage (delivery truck, etc.)

Vacuum the entire sub hopper assembly for the particular color toner, (or replace the sub-hopper unit), also insert a new toner bottle and developing assembly.

Location~~Location~~Location--what is the environment area ???

If Printer is pushed up against the wall the vents on the filter box will not be able to intake or expel any air or heat > this will cause the filters to clog prematurely and the fixing assembly to overheat.

PUT BACK or REPLACE THE FILTERS----
copier must be at least 1/2 to1 foot of distance from the wall to the filter box to allow air flow and heat dissipation.

In effect one of this device is next to wall. But the environ it's climatised. I do not understand because there's this problem....
May be the flow of the air it's not enough.

    Trying to understand your situation.

It's all about air circulation in the room, and around the printer.
Like I posted, how & where toner is stored before being delivered & where you store the product is most important.
Also, is your product Canon OEM_?

Re: Lumps of toner in iRADVC 7055.

    Greetings to all
    I have the same problem, we 3x irac7055 and 1x irac9060.
The machines have the number of copies from 300T to 800T.
All machines have a problem with the yellow developing - lumps or blocked toner in the developing tank (E023) with overflow waste toner.
Yellow starter dunes through a strainer and come back, will add a little starter to the correct weight.
The machine then goes about 1-2 months without any problems but then the problem returns.

    our actions
    1) The machine is about 30 cm from the wall
    2) changing filters and cleaned according to the interval
    3) Check whether the machine is on a plane
    4) The room temperature is maintained between 22-27 degrees.

Ask your customers to follow the instructions on the toner box i.e SHAKE about 10 times. That is meant to minimize lumps.
For E023, permanent remedy is .... get a new DEV

Shaking multiple tubes can be recommended.
Currently we irac9060 new yellow developing tank about a month and drove around 12T copies.
Yesterday the whole machine apart and cleaned air paths with fan, also levies toner from the developer to waste.
Today, the entire construct and will be tested.
