After inspecting the Fixing Belt Assembly, it was discovered that connector J814 which is located on the Fixing Belt drive Motor M36 was not seated all the way.
This connection did not have to be removed when taking out the Fixing Belt Assembly.
When removing the other connectors from the Fixing Driver PCB,
the wire harness may be pulled and the connector J814 is dislodged accidentally.
Re-seat the connector J814 on M36 Motor Driver to resolve.
Cleaning the Pressure Pad Cover inside the Fixing Belt Assembly and applying the correct amount of Silicone Oil (S-20; FY9-6011-000) should correct the issue.
