Can a non-standard paper size be set as the default size for the bypass?

    Answer :
Yes, select Additional Function > Common Settings > Stackbypass Standard Setting > On > Irreg sze and enter the size of the paper.
If the machine is power cycled or the reset button is selected, the irregular paper sze will be retained.

Note that the maximum paper size is 330 x 483 mm and the minimum paper size is 100 x 148 mm for the bypass.

I'm familiar with a lot of paper sizes, but have not heard of "F4". What mm measurement is that paper size? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

F4 is a paper format of size 210 mm × 330 mm (8.27 in × 12.99 in). Although metric, based on the A4 paper size, and named to suggest that it is part of the official ISO 216 paper sizes, it appears to be only a de facto standard.

    1. Open Microsoft Word 2007
    2. Select Page Set Up
    3. Click Paper
    4. Under the existing paper size are Width and Height
In the Width, please use this: 21:59 cm and 33.0 cm Height
    5. Click Ok

Thanks teckat. I'll add that tidbit to my paper weight spreadsheet.

So ... since it's 13" long, it will have to feed in the "R" direction. Foolscap Folio should be a perfect match. If that's not an available size option, perhaps it will run as Folio, Government Legal, or C4? =^..^=

Foolscap folio (commonly contracted to foolscap or folio) is paper cut to the size of 8 1⁄2 × 13 1⁄2 inches (216 × 343 mm) (for "normal" writing paper, 13 × 8 in (330 × 200 mm)). This was a traditional paper size used in Europe and the British Commonwealth, before the adoption of the international standard A4 paper.

I lost track of time, and this has already been posted above.
