Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
If that interval is 95.5mm you've got a drum ground issue. All the solutions include replacing the drum unit.
Possible causes:
Normal wear of the drum coating. Any place where the coating is worn through to the aluminum core, you'll get drum ground bars.
Loss of drum ground. You can measure the resistance from the aluminum edge of the drum cylinder to the frame ground. It should be very close to zero ohms. I've seen the copper contact in the rear drum cap start to arc, and burn up the copper contact.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
