    IRC 3380 E990

Hi all, one of my techs replaced the drums and ITB cleaner and is now getting an E990 error. Has to with bk lock lever, sensor blocked. Anyone seen this? Any help much appreciated.

see pdf as a guide, not the best job in the world, Despite what the pdf says its more likely that ps12 is covered with toner and needs to be cleaned rather that the rack repositioned.E009-0000.pdf

Thanks for the reply Skynet. I found the same article on Knowledge Base and sent it to the tech.

I have a piece of surgical tube that goes on the end of nozzle for my vacuum. I never blow toner off a sensor...it just goes somewhere else..usually to 3 other sensors
