Exclamation Smudge printouts from Canon iR Adv C5030

    Hi guys,
    Need advice from you guys.
Printout was fine and nice when tested in factory, but when shifted to customer premises, the prints smudge (pics attached).

    Done:
    1. Change all all drums and developer (no help)
    2. Change to another ITB (with cleaner), similar issue.
    3. Clean laser glass sensor (same)

Anyone encountered the same issue or is there any other issue that may cause this?
What issues could improper shifting cause?
Attached PG 6 and 10 for your kind reference.
    Thanks all in advance!

Looks like its a heater problem also clean they itb belt blade and try to stop it before entering the fusing unit.

Do another pg10 test but stop the machine & check the image on the ITB if it looks smudged you can rule out the fuser, no smudge you can rule out the itb & drums etc.

As has been sugested a mayar guide could be the cause, check the paper path, could even be a piece of paper trapped
